Services
Laser Cutting
Our advanced TruLaser 1030 system delivers high-precision, non-contact cutting for materials up to 20mm thick. Using nitrogen, compressed air, or oxygen assist gases, we achieve burr-free edges with minimal thermal stress. Offline programming optimises material usage, while integrated etching enables QR code integration for traceability.
CNC Punching
The TRUMPF TruPunch 1000 handles repetitive features at 600 strokes per minute, ideal for high-volume production. Capable of engraving and forming hinges, it processes materials from 0.5mm to 6mm with 360-degree tool rotation. Automated part ejection reduces cycle times for components like shims and washers.
Folding and Forming
Four press brakes, including a 3-metre TruBend with offline programming, handle complex bends up to 15mm thickness. Dutch folding tools and joggle tooling enable precise geometries. Bending rollers form cylindrical or tapered components, complemented by 3D simulation for accuracy.
Mechanical Assembly
From thread insertion to full product assembly, we provide turnkey solutions. Hydraulic machines install inserts with precision, while sub-assembly services manage multi-part components. Stocking standard parts and sourcing custom requirements, we streamline supply chains with direct-to-customer shipping options.
Welding
TIG, MIG, and gas welding services handle functional and decorative applications across stainless steel, aluminium, and specialist alloys. In-house finishing includes polishing and bead blasting. Spot welding and stud welding machines ensure repeatable accuracy for structural components and pressure vessels.
