CNC Turning and Milling
Our CNC turning centres allow us to produce a multitude of varied, high-precision components, from small batches to large quantities. We can cater for one-off, bespoke parts or repeat batch work, and our CNC milling machines are suitable for the machining of a variety of materials and sizes of parts. Our experienced programming team uses Solid Cam to ensure optimum tool paths and reduce overall programming and cycle time.
Breakdown and Outage, Reverse Engineering, and CAD/CAM Design
In addition to our machining services, we also offer breakdown and outage re-engineering, reverse engineering, and CAD/CAM design services. Our team can re-engineer OEM parts to provide more cost-effective solutions for our clients, and our reverse engineering services use the latest laser scanning technology and Solidworks design software to recreate existing parts or components. Our CAD/CAM design capabilities enable us to design and build special purpose machines, jigs, and fixtures to meet our clients' specific requirements.
