Accounting and Auditing

Business Development

Taxation

Status Enquiries

We are experts in keeping your sub-contractors self-employed. You are under no obligation to make them employees as the Inland Revenue would have you believe. This applies to any business but especially those in the construction industry and those using 'one man' limited companies as consultants.

Subcontractors' Accounts

With currently over 200 subcontract clients, we are acknowledged experts in this area. We provide record books, instruction, and take care of all your dealings with the Inland Revenue. In fact, we provide the same standard of service to sub-contractors as to our largest corporate clients - which is why we have so many. We have established a separate department and the work is undertaken on a fixed cost basis.

Business Planning

We can assist you with your business planning and the provision of cash flow and other financial forecasts as part of that work or on its own, for example in support of a request for borrowing from your bankers. To do so requires an in-depth knowledge of your business and we will help you structure your affairs to maximise profits/minimise costs and protect and strengthen your income.
