- Crown Reduction: Crown reduction is the reduction of the overall size of the tree, leaving a balanced and maintained shape. This service is available across the Isle of Wight, with a range of options to suit your needs.
- Dismantling: When a tree is too big, too close to a building or in a confined space, dismantling is the safest and most effective option. Our team can safely and efficiently dismantle any tree, no matter the size or location.
- Felling: If a tree is dead, dangerous or no longer wanted, felling is the best option. Our team can fell trees of any size and condition, ensuring the safety of both people and property.
- Planting: At Barlow Tree Surgery, we understand the importance of planting trees for future generations. We can advise on and supply the best trees for your location, as well as provide planting and aftercare services.
- Thinning: Thinning is the selective removal of branches to increase light and reduce wind resistance. This can improve the health and appearance of the tree, as well as reducing the risk of damage in high winds.

Barlow Tree Surgery is a family-run business, started 20 years ago by Graham, a fully qualified Isle of Wight tree surgeon. Since then, we have grown from strength to strength, expanding across the Isle of Wight and employing more qualified staff. We have worked with a range of clients, from housing associations and private woodlands to domestic properties and Isle of Wight property management companies.
