I had my wedding here in August and I honestly cant express how BAD the experience was. The planning process was an absolute nightmare communication with the owner Velu, was practically non-existent. The SERVICE has been TERRIBLE, they rarely answer calls or reply to messages once theyve TAKEN ALL YOUR PAYMENT and the professionalism disappears. We spent 78 months planning this wedding, but instead of being an enjoyable time, it turned into constant stress and aggravation because of the owner.

It took a massive toll on me, my wife, and our families it was supposed to be the happiest time of our lives, but it ended up being one of the WORST. On the wedding day, they decided to use their own centrepieces because no one had responded to confirm the ones wed chosen and agreed on. They didnt include the walkway we had agreed on as they noticed it wasnt evenly flat, and instead of fixing it, they just removed it altogether.

Then the stage dcor wasnt even close to the reference photo theyd sent us. My wife walked in to find that nothing looked as wed planned and as anyone knows, the dcor is a huge part of the wedding day. The whole planning process drained us both. They even CANCELLED two of the VENDORS wed booked through them without our consent just two weeks before the wedding, saying they didnt want the responsibility if those vendors messed up.

They agreed on having 2 photographers and 2 videographers but later found out its only 2 photographers and 1 videographer and therefore got our own. Parking arrangements has been poor and all our guests received a fine!!

Theres so much more I could say, but to anyone considering booking their wedding here, Id strongly advise against it. Save yourself the stress and look elsewhere. Were not the only ones weve spoken to other couples who had similar issues with this venue. Well see you in court.

I would have given a zero star review if I could but unfortunately you cant. Had a party in June. Was told to park at the church car park near by. Was told by the manager Surya this was free car park and was paid by Vel. We have text message confirming this.

However, every guest who parked there received a 60 fine. When we tried to contact the venue regarding this issue, Vel responded saying that they never had this issue for 7 years and not sure why we got parking ticket. Told us to appeal the parking ticket.

But the guests received emails/letters that the appeal failed and had to pay 60 fine. Tried calling Vel and Surya no answer. Called from a different number Vel answered promised us he will speak to his team and will call back. Never did. Surya and Vel keeps blaming each other for this issue. We still havent got a proper response. No one is answering to calls or messages. Weve been to venue and the restaurant a few times now but never there.

Absolutely disgusted for the way they have and are behaving. They were so quick to get the full money for event and demanded me to pay half the money as deposit 4 months before the event and demanded to the rest of the money a month and half before the event but cannot be asked to solve the issue. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to NEVER to book this venue, as they do not provide proper support or accountability when problems arise.
