Casement Windows
Our AP134 Casement Windows combine slim aluminium profiles with thermal break technology to achieve U-values from 1.1W/mK. These windows use 6063 T5/T6 aluminium alloy frames with 24mm polyamide breaks, offering 50-year durability and 100% recyclability. Available in any RAL colour with dual-tone options, they support double or triple glazing up to 54mm for enhanced insulation.
Therm+ Doors
The AP200 Therm+ Door system features multi-chamber aluminium profiles with 24mm polyamide thermal breaks. Tested to BS6375 standards, these doors achieve air permeability Class 4 and wind resistance Class CE 2400. Available with multi-point locking systems and Rhino bolts, they offer PAS24 security accreditation while maintaining thermal efficiency with U-values below 1.4W/mK.
Bifold Doors
AP300 Bifold Doors use 6060/6063 aluminium alloys with integral thermal breaks for U-values down to 1.4W/mK. These systems accommodate glazing up to 44mm thickness and feature hidden multi-point locks with anti-lift devices. Tested to 2400Pa wind resistance, they provide secure, weather-tight installations with sightlines as slim as 35mm for unobstructed views.
Curtain Walling
High Rise Logic 50 Curtain Walling meets CWCT performance standards with 2400Pa structural capacity and zero water penetration. This system uses 6063 T5/T6 aluminium profiles with 50mm face widths, supporting glazing from 11.5-42mm. Certified to PAS24 security requirements, it offers 60-micron powder-coated finishes in 400+ RAL colours for durable, fade-resistant commercial facades.
Fire Rated Doors
Our fire-rated door systems provide up to 60 minutes of fire resistance (EI:60) with independent certification to BS EN 1634 standards. Constructed with 6063 T6 aluminium and intumescent seals, these doors incorporate automatic closers triggered by smoke detection or manual release. Available as single or double configurations with optional fixed light panels for compliant escape routes.
