They expressed disappointment with the work carried out by the company, stating that the drainage work was not completed despite being included in the original agreement. The customer was charged for the uncompleted work, which led to issues with water infiltration under the garage wall. Furthermore, the reviewer felt that there were trust issues when the company sent someone to their property without prior notice, which added to their frustration.
The reviewer also mentioned that the company had piled the stones (which they had wanted to use themselves) in a way that blocked access to the rest of the garden, making it impossible for them to use the area. They also experienced difficulties with communication, as the person scheduled to come to their property, Kenny, did not show up or contact them as arranged.
