Customer Experience
Both reviewers had a highly negative experience at this scrap yard. Poor Service and Overpricing were major issues for both authors.
Pricing
The scrap prices offered were deemed "scrap" by Josh Hirst, and Smcb Recoveries described them as "shocking". The absence of receipts and made-up excuses from staff only added to the frustration.
Staff
While the staff may have intentioned to be helpful, their actions ultimately fell short. Josh Hirst praised their helpfulness, but Smcb Recoveries felt that they were unprofessional and unwilling to provide a decent service.
Recycling and Waste Management
The yard's practices in recycling and waste management were also called into question. Both reviewers felt that the yard was not operating in an environmentally friendly manner.
