Our History
Edwards & Pearson was formed in 1979, establishing its accountancy practice in central Warwick. Ten years later, expansion saw a second office opened in Coventry, leading to a change of name to Edwards, Pearson and White. In 2004, the partnership became a limited liability partnership. Our core ethos remains the same: each member of the team strives to exhibit the same care and attention to clients' needs as demonstrated by the partners.
Our Team
Our four partners are:
- David Pearson, who left KPMG in 1979 to found the practice
- Peter Stuffins, who joined the firm as a trainee in 1979 and became a partner in 1989
- Simon Hodgins, who joined the firm as a trainee in 1990 and became a partner in 2004
- Gagandeep Ubhey, who joined the firm as a trainee in 2007 and became a partner in 2018
