Dogs receive twice-daily walks and individual attention, with accommodations for special needs like medication and dietary requirements. The facility prioritises safety and comfort, ensuring pets feel at home during their stay.
Cat Boarding
The cattery offers quiet, heated pens with scratching posts and mental stimulation activities for cats. Staff cater to individual preferences, administering medication and special diets as needed. Owners can bring personal items to enhance their cat's comfort, with a focus on maintaining a stress-free environment for shy or anxious felines.
Puppy Socialisation
This programme helps puppies adapt to new environments through controlled exposure to sounds, vehicles, and handling. Conducted during their critical development phase, it builds confidence and reduces fear responses, preparing them for future stays and everyday experiences while promoting positive behavioural patterns.
Medication Administration
Trained staff administer prescribed medications, including insulin injections and dietary supplements, with meticulous record-keeping. The service ensures continuity of care for pets with chronic conditions, providing owners with updates and maintaining veterinary compliance throughout the boarding period.
Behavioural Support
Specialised care addresses nervousness and fearfulness through tailored interaction plans developed with COAPE-certified professionals. Techniques include environmental enrichment and gradual exposure, working alongside owners to implement strategies that improve pets' confidence and adaptability during boarding stays.
