However, the third review, given by Steven Cross, is extremely negative. He gave the service a 1-star rating and expressed frustration at the lack of follow-through by the person he dealt with. Steven Cross stated that the person installed came to look at the job, promised to be in touch, but never was. It took Steven Cross a month to get a response, which was that the installer didn't want to do the job. Steven Cross felt like he had wasted his time and could have chosen a different installer who would have actually followed through.
