Delivery Experience
The delivery experience varied greatly among customers. Some had a positive experience, with drivers arriving early and providing excellent service. For instance, one customer praised the driver for going above and beyond to move a tool chest to the back of the garage. Another customer appreciated the friendly warehouse staff who helped with unloading.
Issues with Delivery
On the other hand, several customers faced issues with delivery. One customer had their delivery dates missed, and when they did arrive, they did not follow the agreed-upon instructions. Another customer waited for months for their delivery, only to find that half of their goods were missing. Some customers experienced delays, with one waiting since January for their delivery.
Facilities and Staff
The facilities and staff at the warehouse were generally praised. The yard was described as huge and nice, with easy maneuverability for large vehicles. The staff were friendly and helpful, with some customers appreciating the polite correspondence and guidance provided.
