Architecture and More is a burgeoning architectural practice, led by a seasoned and passionate Architect with a wealth of experience in delivering top-notch services and high-quality products, while adhering to budgets and timelines. Our services extend throughout England, Scotland, and Wales, with a diverse range of sectors including, but not limited to, commercial, residential/domestic, industrial, conservation, retail, health care, education, and leisure.

As a RIBA Chartered Practice, Architecture and More is committed to excellence in design and service delivery. We work closely with our clients to develop a project brief that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations. Our services go beyond traditional architectural work, as we are also proficient in Project Management and CDM Co-ordination.

Services

*Architecture*

At Architecture and More, we undertake architectural work in accordance with the RIBA Plan of Work, which starts with Stage A (Appraisal) and works through the design and construction process to Stage L (Post Practical Completion). Our services include:

• Feasibility studies
• Planning Application Drawings and Planning Application Submissions
• Building Regulation and Construction Drawings and Building Regulation Applications
• Contract selection/negotiation
• Tendering/contractor selection
• Contract Administration
• Health and Safety File drawings

*Project Management*

We provide Project Management services for any project, no matter the size, overseeing it through to completion. Our expertise in Project Management allows us to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

*CDM Co-ordination*

As Corporate Members of the Association for Project Safety, Architecture and More can provide CDM Co-ordination services in accordance with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007. We can advise on construction-related health and safety issues, ensuring that our clients comply with their duties under the CDM Regulations.

Previous Experience

Our Managing Director, Carl Turner, has over twenty years of experience in architecture and the construction industry. He has worked on projects ranging in value from 20k to 350 million, including large industrial buildings, commercial developments, educational buildings, health care and leisure facilities, domestic extensions, and individually designed one-off house projects.

Carl has developed a portfolio of national and international blue-chip companies, regional and local companies, as well as private and domestic clients. He has expanded his skills base to include Project Management and CDM Co-ordination, and is a Full Member of the Association for Project Management (APM) and the Association for Project Safety (APS). He holds a 'Professionally Qualified Person' Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card, which is becoming a more significant requirement by contractors, public and private clients, and others as proof of occupational competence.

Previous Projects

Our previous projects include the Aerostructures Assembly and Manufacturing Centre for Airbus UK, the Moor Multi-storey Car Park in Sheffield, the Airbus A380 Load-out Facility for Airbus UK, and the Demolition of John Good & Sons Building in High Street, Hull.
