We offer counselling for adults and children, as well as relationship psychology services. Payment and Cancellation Policy
We require full payment at the time of your appointment for beauty treatments. Payment for retail products is required at the time of placing your order. We accept cash, card, or transfer payments. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we request that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. If less than 24 hours' notice is given, a fee may be charged to cover losses. If a client fails to attend without notice, the full fee will be charged. During busy periods, such as the lead-up to Christmas, unestablished clients may be asked to pay a deposit to secure their appointment.
