Solar Panel Installation Issues
Jason Bramley, a dissatisfied customer, shares his experience with the company. He had solar panels and solar thermal installed about 7-8 years ago. Although the solar panels are still functioning well, the thermal system has been offline for two years. Despite being MCS accredited, the company failed to respond to repair requests, and other installers refused to touch the system due to non-installation. This has left him with an expensive, non-functional installation that he considers a waste of money. He expresses extreme dissatisfaction and warns against using the company again.
