West Coast Haulage Limited was established in 1997, with a small fleet of six 8 Wheel Tippers. Over the years, the company has expanded its fleet to over 100 state-of-the-art 8 Wheel Tippers and two high-spec HIAB Lorries. We are a UK-based company with one operating centre in South Wales and two satellite operating centres in Crick, Northampton, and Markham Vale, Chesterfield. We are proud to be one of the leading specialists in muck shifting work, providing exceptional services to our clients.

Our team of operators is highly trained, with driver CPC, Health & Safety guidance, and the Safe Urban Driving course. We are committed to ensuring the safety and well-being of our team, and all training is updated on a regular basis. As a FORS registered company, our vehicles are fitted with the latest Health & Safety features, including GPS Tracking, Electric Easy sheets, Air tail doors, Side Guards, and a 5 Camera System.

Spill Guard Services

At West Coast Haulage, we have designed a new product for safer highway maintenance. Our Spill Guard product significantly reduces the risk of debris spilling over on or into the path of passing traffic while loading tippers on the side of highways where space is restricted. This innovative product is just one of the many ways we are committed to providing the highest level of safety and service to our clients.

Greener and Cleaner Tippers

At West Coast Haulage, we are committed to reducing our carbon footprint and providing greener and cleaner vehicles. We recently added twenty Scania P410CB8X4MHZ tipper vehicles to our fleet, which are designed to be more environmentally friendly and compliant with CrossRail and FORS standards. These unique Scania tippers carry a high-level specification, including a 13 litre 410bhp engine producing 2150 Nm of torque, Thompson Muckaway bodies, a Scania factory fit PTO system, and Groeneveld autolube system. Each tipper also has a 'View CCTV' FORS compliant driver view camera system for additional safety.

Partnership with Keltruck

At West Coast Haulage, we have a long-standing relationship with Keltruck, who supplied our new tippers as part of a vehicle expansion programme. Keltruck has provided us with 100% backup, delivering a robust service that is second to none. Our new tippers are equipped with Michelin tyres and a two-year repair and maintenance contract. They are also fitted with Scania OnBoard vehicle telematics providing valuable vehicle telemetry and connected services.
