Our Working Practices

We understand that the UK weather can be unpredictable, and sometimes we may need to reschedule jobs with short notice. We appreciate that this can be frustrating for customers, but safety and health considerations are our top priority. Our working days are usually Monday to Friday, but we may work Saturdays on occasion. We start between 8am and 9am and finish between 4pm and 5pm, although these times may vary depending on the job. We also use trusted couriers and suppliers to deliver materials, which may sometimes lead to delays or re-scheduling.

Scaffolding and Materials

Some jobs may require scaffolding for safety and access reasons. We use our regular and trusted scaffolders, and our costs for this should always be included in the works. In some cases, customers may need to organise scaffolding themselves. We also use trusted suppliers for materials, and while we endeavour to avoid delays, sometimes materials may be delayed or reordered.
