The Admiralty Guest House, located in the charming town of Hornsea, is a traditional family-run bed and breakfast establishment that has been providing the highest standard of accommodation for many years. Our primary goal is to offer a personal and friendly service, ensuring that our guests feel right at home. We serve freshly cooked full English breakfasts, are equipped with comfortable rooms suitable for both individuals and families, and have appointed each room with good Wi-Fi access, a television, and tea and coffee making facilities. All but two of our 18 rooms have en-suite facilities. The Admiralty Guest House boasts a prime location on the Promenade, providing our guests with the best panoramic sea views available in Hornsea.

At the Admiralty Guest House, we offer a variety of services to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible.

Rooms

We provide 18 comfortable rooms, all of which are equipped with good Wi-Fi access, a television, and tea and coffee making facilities. Of these rooms, 16 have en-suite facilities. Our rooms range in price from single rooms without en-suite bathrooms starting from 45 per night, to double en-suite rooms with baths starting from 110 per night.

Breakfast

We serve freshly cooked full English breakfasts, made to order, each morning. Our breakfast menu features a range of options, from the traditional full English breakfast, to lighter options such as cereal, toast, and preserves. We pride ourselves on using high-quality ingredients, and locally sourced produce where possible.

Location

Our prime location on the Hornsea Promenade provides guests with the best panoramic sea views available in Hornsea. We are also just a short walk from the beach, and are situated in a pleasing seaside resort.

Hornsea

Hornsea is a picturesque town located on the Yorkshire East Riding Coast. With a mile of promenade and fine sandy beaches, it offers the pleasures of a traditional seaside resort. Nearby attractions include the Hornsea Floral Hall, an entertainment center that hosts festivals, pantomimes, musicals, plays, concerts, and dances throughout the year. The shopping center is located in the main thoroughfare of Newbegin, and is well worth a visit. To the west of the Market Place is Hornsea Mere, Yorkshire's largest freshwater lake covering 324 acres. The area is also home to the Hornsea Golf Club, described as "The most prestigious golf club in the East Riding of Yorkshire."

The Historic East Riding

The East Riding of Yorkshire is home to many historic and cultural attractions. From Beverley Minster and Flamborough Head, to the Yorkshire Wolds and the Humber Bridge, there is much to explore. The area is also home to the Land of Green Ginger, Britain's largest standing stone, Europe's largest collection of waterlilies, and the oddest place in England.

York

The ancient Roman city of York is just 45 minutes from Hornsea, and is one of Europe's most rewarding destinations. With its rich history, stunning architecture, and world-class museums and galleries, it is a must-see attraction for anyone visiting the area.
