Unsatisfactory Experience
In stark contrast, Emma Williams had a highly unsatisfactory experience with GW Landscaping. Despite being quoted for a garden tidy up and being told it would take 2-3 weeks to start, the job was delayed and only partially completed. The work was substandard, with the lawn left flattened and not cut, the ditch not fully cleared, and only a small portion of the hedge trimmed. The team took an extended lunch break, and there were communications issues regarding the receipt for payment.
