We have worked with several leading lighting brands and have a reputation for delivering quality components on time. Our current production for our existing lighting customers includes a wide range of components that are essential to the assembly of lighting products.

Capacity Profile

At Heelman, we have a high-quality and reliable capacity profile. Our CNC lathes include the Star 16mm SB16, Star 20mm SR20, Star 32mm SR32J, Star 32mm SR32J11, Puma 2600SY twin spindle, Lynx 220LSY twin spindle, and Hardinge Elite 8/51. Our machining centres include the HAAS UMC-750 5 axis, HAAS UMC-500 5 axis, XYZ 1060 5 axis, and XYZ 1020 4 axis. We have added two Haas 5 axis VMC machines, which has significantly increased our capacity. We also offer various finishing services, including heat treatment and a full array of plating treatments, to provide our customers with a complete solution.
