CLS Facilities Ltd, founded in 2008, is a CE approved metalwork contractor located in Kent, ideally positioned to serve London and the home counties. We are specialists in both structural and architectural steel fabrication, providing quality products and services to all industries. Our purpose-built facility enables us to process up to 500t structural steel packages. In-house design and drafting facilities mean we can complete steel packages from design to installation.

Our manufacturing facility is equipped with the latest machinery and technology, enabling us to produce high-quality steel products. Design

Our design team is experienced in providing structural calculations to support our designs or assist our clients to support their existing design. We use the latest software to create detailed designs and models, ensuring that your project is accurately planned and executed. From 3D survey to structural design, connection detailing, and 3D structural modelling, we have the expertise to handle all aspects of the design process.

Manufacture

Our manufacturing facility is equipped with the latest machinery and technology, enabling us to produce high-quality steel products. We operate from our site in Kent, which has good access to the motorway network, enabling us to service projects in London, the home counties, and the south-east. Our facilities include a main workshop equipped with overhead cranes, smaller workshops for general and specialist fabrication, and a paint shop.

Installation

Our reliable installation teams have the required skills and experience ranging from appointed persons, slinger banksmans, lift supervisors, steel erectors, and plant operators to provide an efficient and safe completion of works to London and the Home Counties. We take pride in our work and have a range of images showing projects we have recently completed for our customers to the highest standards.

Accreditations

CLS Facilities holds several accreditations, demonstrating our commitment to quality and safety. We have gained accreditation to the ISO standards, which allow us to operate with confidence within the construction sector. Our CE Mark (legal requirement) is another dedicated system layer ensuring the products we manufacture comply with all current EU Legislation.
