Positive Feedback
Some patients have praised the surgery for its quick service and friendly staff. For instance, Amie appreciated the quick response when her baby became unwell, and Paul Howard was seen by a doctor the same day and received a prescription within 15 minutes.
Negative Feedback
However, several patients have expressed dissatisfaction with the surgery, particularly regarding the appointment booking system and staff behavior. For example, Hallie was unhappy with the new online-only appointment booking system, which made it difficult for her to book a same-day appointment.
Maria Lake and Nicola Adams had issues with the waiting list and receptionist behavior. Steve Richardson was unhappy with the strength of his prescription being altered without consultation and the surgery's focus on money over patient care.
