Our Story
Blue Lagoon Properties was set up by Anna Fern in 2001 when she purchased the picturesque Hog Cottage in the Peak District and started renting it out as a holiday let. This turned out to be a great success, and since then Anna acquired Moontide, offering luxury accommodation in North Devon. After departing from her long career in the Fashion Retailing industry in 2004, Anna completed a BA hons degree in Tourism management and developed a keen interest in the UK self-catering holiday market.

We offer two luxurious cottages, Hog Cottage in the Peak District and Moontide in North Devon. Both cottages are beautifully appointed, with modern kitchens and bathrooms, outdoor alfresco dining areas, and comfortable living spaces. Services
We offer a flexible choice of 3 to 4 day weekend or midweek breaks, as well as weekly and fortnightly holidays. We also provide guests with a range of added extras, including Wi-Fi, enclosed gardens, and dog-friendly facilities. Our cottages are fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

The cottage is located in a peaceful area, which is a major advantage for those seeking a quiet getaway. However, the steep hill leading to the cottage may pose a challenge for some guests, particularly older individuals.

Parking and Access
