Disappointing Experience
Fausto and their team failed to deliver a satisfactory result, as reported by Misty Misty. According to the review, they managed to complete the main job but left the finishing touches undone and were unreliable, frequently failing to appear on site. Eventually, someone else was brought in to complete the project. This experience was deemed to be of poor quality, and the reviewer had negative impressions of the team's professionalism, responsiveness, and value.
Exceptional Service
On the other hand, Castironairbricks had an entirely different experience with Fausto and their team. The company was thrilled to have supplied authentic cast iron grilles for the renovation of the Lowdens Square building in London, a grade-listed property. Despite the high standards required for such a project, Castironairbricks was impressed with the team's work and wished them well for their future endeavors.
