Services
Osteopathy
Our osteopathy treatments address structural imbalances through manual techniques. We treat back pain, joint issues, and sports injuries using gentle manipulations that enhance the body's natural healing processes. Patients receive individualised care plans combining posture advice, exercise recommendations, and hands-on treatment.
Shockwave Therapy
This advanced treatment uses high-energy sound waves to stimulate healing in chronic musculoskeletal conditions. We employ shockwave therapy for tendon injuries, plantar fasciitis, and calcific shoulder issues. The non-invasive procedure promotes tissue regeneration and pain relief through targeted energy delivery.
Medical Acupuncture
Our practitioners use fine needles to stimulate specific points for pain management and muscle relaxation. This evidence-based technique complements osteopathic treatment for conditions like headaches, arthritis, and sports injuries. Sessions focus on restoring normal nerve function and reducing inflammation.
Myofascial Release
This hands-on technique addresses restrictions in connective tissue to improve mobility and reduce pain. We apply sustained pressure to release fascial adhesions caused by injury or repetitive strain. Patients learn self-treatment techniques to maintain flexibility between sessions.
Sports Therapy
Tailored programs help athletes recover from injuries and enhance performance. We combine biomechanical analysis with sport-specific exercises to prevent re-injury. Treatments address common issues like muscle strains, joint instability, and overuse syndromes through targeted interventions.
