Our Story

Our journey began when Denis, who has been in the catering industry for over 30 years, started cooking as a teenager. He went on to attend college, where he trained to become a chef in his hometown of Leicester. Denis's passion for cooking led him to work in some of the most prestigious establishments, including The Grand Hotel and the Hilton International Hotel in Germany.

After gaining valuable experience abroad, Denis returned to England, where he worked as a head chef at The Gloucester Hotel and The BBC's Headquarters. His extensive experience and expertise have enabled us to specialize in corporate and fine dining, offering a range of cuisines, including English, French, vegetarian, and Caribbean.
