Procurement

At PPS, we have built up an exceptional and detailed procurement capability associated with major process engineering projects on a global basis. Our procurement service covers plant, equipment, and project development and operation. Our in-house multi-disciplinary capability supports tendering, contract negotiation, expediting, works inspection, and pre-shipment requirements. We handle projects of various values, ranging from $5,000 to $50,000,000. We pride ourselves on our unique order processing system, which is linked to an online order tracking system, allowing clients to have complete visibility of the status of open orders, delivery times, despatch, and shipment information. At PPS, we strive to develop long-term partnerships with our customers to build an understanding of each other's businesses and continually develop systems and products that add value to the supply chain partnership.

Packaging

At PPS, we operate our own case making department, which ensures custom-made cases for all modes of transport, tailored for every shipment. Our personnel design and manufacture cases, crates, and pallets to customer's individual requirements. Our packaging is of high quality, using both Swedish and Russian kiln-dried timber for plywood board or timber construction. We operate under and are certified to ISPM 15 specification, and all our packaging is marked accordingly. Hazardous materials are no problem; we are a registered hazardous goods packer.

Logistics

PPS has extensive experience and expertise in logistics, handling small parcels to complete projects, by air, sea, land, or rail. We have the capability to meet your deadlines, delivering procurement, logistics, and performance solutions demanded by round-the-clock production operations. Our logistics solutions encompass the coordination and movement of resources, such as materials, equipment, and personnel, from the point of origin to the point of consumption. We offer customised logistics solutions tailored to our clients' specific needs.

Products

At PPS, we are exclusive distributors for several leading brands, including Fenner Power Transmission, Proforce Safety Wear, Rutec Flexco, Cromwell Tools, Ina Fag Bearings, and Robert Lickley. We distribute a wide range of products, from power transmission products, including belts, geared drives, roller chains, and shaft couplings, to safety wear, footwear, and tools. Our products are manufactured to the highest industrial standards and exacting specifications, with many of our products setting the standards for technical development in the toughest applications.
