Our story began in 1900, when Mr. Evan Brinson founded the company as a family business based on the principles of dedicated service, professional expertise, and extensive local knowledge. Initially, the company focused on advising farmers and landowners on property matters, as well as providing accountancy services to local farmers. Over the years, the company underwent significant changes, adapting to the evolving needs of the property market. In 1968, Mr. Roderick Brinson took over as sole Principal and modernized the practice, shifting the focus towards residential estate agency, lettings, professional services, and commercial property consultancy.
