Alison Business Centre is the trading arm of Manor Development Company, a local charity that uses any surpluses to reinvest in activities that promote training, volunteering and employment opportunities for the local community. As a charity, we are committed to making a positive impact on the community and providing a sustainable and profitable business platform for entrepreneurs and small business owners.

We offer a range of offices, workshops, and meeting spaces to suit your business needs. Our serviced offices range from 108 to 580 sq ft, with full central heating and exclusive access to kitchen and toilet facilities. Our industrial units and workshops range from 100 to 800 sq ft, providing a flexible and cost-effective solution for businesses that require a larger footprint.
