• Harriet Tilley: Harriet heads up our Design Division, working with creative and technical professionals. She has a keen understanding of the Design and Build market and is dedicated to ensuring candidates receive a great service when working with Austin Recruitment.
• Max Ayling: Max manages all our pre-contracts and delivery roles. He has a deep understanding of the construction industry, having worked as a Site Manager in Sydney, Australia for over 5 years. Max is known for building great rapport with both clients and candidates alike.
