I'm Madeleine Hardus, a nutritionist and lifestyle coach with a passion for empowering women to take charge of their health and achieve vibrant well-being. I believe health is about more than just physical health - it's about mental and emotional balance.

My Background and Expertise

My academic journey began with a degree in Nutrition and Health from Amsterdam University. Armed with a master's degree in Behavioural Biology from the University of Utrecht and a PhD from the University of Amsterdam on the Great Ape diet and human evolution, I cultivate a deep understanding of the intricate relationships between diet, behaviour, and health.

My pursuit of knowledge didn't end there. I went on to specialize in Orthomolecular Nutrition Therapy, focusing on natural interventions for various health challenges. Additionally, I'm a certified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, equipped to deliver evidence-based therapy for a variety of concerns.
