Quality and Communication
Festive Lighting have received high praise for their workmanship, communication, and quality of lights. Sheridan Jacklin-Edward, who gave the company a 5-star rating, commended the company for their excellent work on the Henley on Thames Christmas lights project. The author mentioned that the company was highly recommended by the town council, and the quality of their lights met expectations.
Delivery Issues
However, Barbara Wilde's experience with Festive Lighting was less positive. She gave the company a 1-star rating after receiving a poor response from the company regarding her cancelled delivery. Wilde ordered lights on December 8th and requested next-day delivery, but they failed to arrive by December 13th. The company offered a refund on the delivery charge, which did not cover the additional cost of her son posting the lights to her in Spain.
Customer Service
Saman Zand, on the other hand, had an excellent experience with Festive Lighting, giving the company a 5-star rating. Zand praised the company's excellent customer service, stating that they never let him down.
