Communication Issues
Customers have reported difficulties in getting in touch with the company. Doreen Joyner, who gave a 1-star rating, stated that she is still waiting to hear from them after ringing multiple times about private lessons. She left messages and eventually spoke to one person, but did not receive any further communication. When she emailed, the same person she spoke to earlier called her back to apologize, saying they had not forgotten about her. This lack of communication has resulted in a disappointing experience for customers.
