The hotel had a Hamworthy Boiler installed, which only lasted for 14 months before it stopped functioning. Despite regular maintenance and upkeep, the boiler failed to meet expectations. Hamworthy refused to take responsibility for the faulty boiler and demanded full payment for a new one, leading to a strong negative recommendation.
