Merley House Holiday Park is a family-owned and operated business, established for over 52 years, set in 35 acres of beautiful Dorset countryside. Overlooking the lush Stour valley and Wimborne Minster, our park provides the ideal location for your own Holiday Home, Lodge, Log Cabin, or Small Business. With beautifully maintained grounds and stunning beaches on our doorstep, we are proud to offer a relaxed and friendly atmosphere for you and your family to enjoy.
Holiday Homes for Sale
At Merley House Holiday Park, we offer a range of holiday homes for sale, with immediate occupancy available. Our Complete On-Pitch price includes delivery, siting, and connection to the main services, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. We supply holiday homes from all the leading manufacturers, with a selection of makes and models available for you to choose from. We pride ourselves on offering the current recommended retail price, with occasional pre-owned homes also available.
Connections and Services
Our Complete On-Pitch price includes all necessary connections, including water, electricity, and drainage. We also provide gas cylinders, regulators, and installation, as well as a TV aerial license, and a purchase agreement, which varies from 10-15 years. At the end of the license agreement, we will assist with the replacement of your holiday home with a new or more up-to-date model, or with its removal from the park.
Seasons and Access
Our park opens on March 16th each year, and for most of our Holiday Home owners, closes on 31st October. However, for those interested in an extended season to include Christmas and New Year, we offer a 10 or 11-month season. You are welcome to visit your holiday home out of season, although the water and electricity may be turned off, and you will not be permitted to stay overnight.
