Subpar Service
However, Tcs has had a disappointing experience with Roxburgh Construction. Although they constructed Tcs' basement several years ago and have been servicing their foul and ground water pumps since then, they were not interested in helping Tcs address an overpowering sewage smell in their basement when the pumps were running. After months of investigation at Tcs' own expense, it was discovered that the pumps had not been properly installed by Roxburgh. Despite informing the owner, Richard, of the outcome, Tcs has yet to receive a response.
