The Marketing Academy is a pioneering, non-profit organization dedicated to developing the leadership capabilities of talented marketers and leaders in the Marketing, Advertising, and Communications industries. Established to promote the growth and development of the marketing profession, we provide free, highly selective, and highly effective development programs to individuals from around the world.

Our Programs

At the heart of our organization are our programs, carefully crafted to provide individuals with the skills, knowledge, and insights necessary to succeed at the highest levels. Our programs are designed to equip CMOs and marketing leaders with the tools and expertise to move onto Boards and into CEO roles. We offer three core programs:

• The Scholarship Program: A 9-month development program for emerging leadership talent in Marketing, Media, and Advertising. This program is a selective and comprehensive program that fosters the growth of the next generation of marketing leaders.
• The EMEA Fellowship Program: A highly selective, executive development program designed to equip CMOs and marketing leaders with the tools, knowledge, and insight necessary to move onto Boards and into CEO roles.
• The Virtual Campus Program: A powerful online development program exclusively for our alumni, mentors, coaches, partners, and their teams worldwide.
