Product Quality Issues
Several authors have expressed disappointment with the quality of the products they received. Stephen LeGall, who gave a 1-star rating, mentioned that the print quality was "terrible, cheap, and pixelated", which was not what he expected. Jodie Hart, also giving a 1-star rating, did not receive her order on time due to stock issues and staff absence, and she felt that the customer service was poor.
Customer Service Concerns
Jodie Hart was particularly frustrated with the lack of communication from the company regarding the delay in her order. She mentioned that it took a long time to respond to her emails, which made it difficult for her to plan for her birthday gift.
Positive Experiences
On the other hand, there were several positive reviews. Mack Mackowski gave a 5-star rating and said that the product was "better than I imagined" and highly recommended. Beverley Russell also gave a 5-star rating and was impressed with the good quality and fast delivery of her daughter's dachshund hoodies.
