Experience and Quality of Service
The first review by Harry Gill highlights a positive experience with David and the team. The reviewer praises the quick service and the quality of the final product, which was the best they've ever had. This experience led them to decide that they would definitely use the service again and give it top marks.
Payment Issues and Dispute
However, the second review by John Freefor reveals a negative experience. A friend of the reviewer worked with the company via an agency and was not paid for one of the days they worked. The friend only noticed the error after receiving their first wage for five days and then another five days' wages the following week. Upon leaving the company, they assumed the final day's wage would be paid the following week but noticed the error closer to Christmas. After emailing the agency, they were told that due to the delay in the request being made, nothing could be done. This has led to questions about the company's record-keeping practices.
