The Mental Health and Wellbeing Show is a dynamic and inspiring event dedicated to promoting positive mental health and wellbeing. Taking place in the heart of Cardiff City Stadium, this all-day show on 17th May 2024 brings together charities, organisations, and businesses from across the UK to share their knowledge, experiences, and resources. Our show recognises and celebrates the challenges, successes, and innovative developments that people with mental health conditions face daily and offers a platform for sharing best practices and recovery methods.

Visitors can explore the extensive exhibition, which showcases over 100 charities, organisations, and businesses. Here, attendees will find a wealth of information, resources, and products tailored to their specific needs, fostering connections and signposting to the most suitable support networks.

Innovative Seminars: With over 40 talks on offer, our seminar programme caters to a variety of mental health and wellbeing topics suited for healthcare professionals, workplaces, and individuals keen on self-improvement. Expert speakers from across the UK present on cutting-edge ideas and strategies, delivering engaging and valuable content.

2. Wellbeing Opportunities: Attendees can engage in a range of wellbeing activities incorporated into the show, allowing them to practice self-care, learn new skills, and enhance their mental health and wellbeing.

Visitors can register for the event free of charge, while mental health professionals and businesses can book their stands to engage with our passionate attendees. We aim to provide an easily accessible and barrier-free experience, enabling all visitors to attend and leave at their convenience between 8am and 4pm on May 17th, 2024.
