Kirk Radcliffe gave 1 star, stating that the time it takes to receive the school uniform is completely unacceptable, as he placed his order in August and is still waiting for the full order to be completed.
Naomi Burden had a positive experience, giving 5 stars. She visited the shop to swap a blazer as it was the wrong size, and the staff were very helpful, even embroidering the blazer the same day.
Michelle Netherton gave 2 stars, expressing disappointment with the slow sorting of uniforms. She was told they would be ready by a certain date but had not been embroidered yet and was not delivered to her home address as promised.
Liam Trivett praised the staff, giving 5 stars. He mentioned that Alison, Monty, and Sophie were brilliant, and his family has always been kitted out by them.
