Positive Feedback
Bestweld received a positive review from Snow White Professionals, who were recommended by a friend. They were initially suspicious after reading mixed reviews but were pleasantly surprised by the fast service, high quality, and cheaper prices compared to other companies. They highly recommend Bestweld and appreciate their excellent work.
Negative Feedback
However, Bestweld also received negative feedback from R. Spinks and Billa Abdine. R. Spinks had a poor experience with a misleading quotation and issues with the quality of the work, including holes drilled in the wrong position. Despite having printed and explained the requirements to Bestweld, they were not met, and the customer had to get their builder to re-drill the holes in the correct position. They were disappointed and regret not sticking with their usual provider, Surrey Steels.
Billa Abdine had a negative experience due to the owner's greed, as they were asked to pay a minimum charge for a small touch of welding. They were surprised by the owner's materialistic nature and would avoid Bestweld in the future.
