I contacted Spencer Micro after reading many positive reviews and recommendations only. Sean responded swiftly and efficiently, and whilst concluding that my laptop hardware could not be upgraded, he was able to connect remotely to investigate my issues and promptly found a solution. Sean has just built me a PC to the specifics I needed for my job. He's always been helpful with little niggles in the past, so knows my job and exactly what I need to do it well.
I'm absolutely thrilled with my new machine! And after a little photography software hiccup this weekend, Sean was on the case at 9am this morning to help me out and get it sorted for me.

We was reccomended this company by a old friend of ours. Me and my partner are completely clueless when it comes to building computers, specs, etc. We gave Sean a budget and he told us what we needed to get the best in our budget. Sean is a life saver!!
I turned on my computer this morning following an update and all my files had completely disappeared. I'm at uni so that's pretty much all my work from the year as I hadn't backed up much of it- typical student!!! I tried calling the repair shop the uni recommended and they told me that my files could have been deleted and that there was a long waiting list for repairs anyway.
As you can imagine, I was panicking but within half an hour of calling Sean, he had recovered my files. It's almost exam season and I'd have been absolutely lost without my work- about a 100 different documents! I can't tell you how grateful I am and I recommend Sean 100%. Life Saver! (have now backed up my files! :)
