Choosing a childcare setting can be a scary process. At Scallywags, we aim to make life as easy as possible for you. We are open from 7.30 - 6 Monday to Friday, and all of our staff are Paediatric First Aid trained. We offer flexible bookings and sessions, as well as the FAMLY Online Learning Journal. We also offer free parent and carer first aid training.
We would love to welcome you for a tour of our setting. Our team is proud to provide the highest standard of care, with over 206 years of combined service, 18 of our team have been at Scallywags for 5 or more years, 8 of our team have been with us for 10 or more years, and our longest service is 31 years. Our team is one of a kind, with all of our staff having achieved or working towards an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent. Every member of our team is Paediatric First Aid trained, and we have two Early Years Teachers, educators who have worked for Scallywags for over 30 years, room leaders who started as apprentices, a dedicated office support team and an experienced Chef who prepares meals on site.
