Meet Our Team

Kizzy Rickett, our Office Manager, rejoined AB Audio Visual in September 2019 after a 4-year break. With a wealth of experience in the AV industry, she gained valuable knowledge in customer liaison, sales, project coordination, and administration. Kizzy is dedicated to providing the very best service to our clients and is typically the first point of contact over the phone and via email.

James Balls, our Operations & Technical Manager, began his career in food manufacturing in 1988. Before joining AB Audio Visual in 2015, he spent several years maintaining and repairing microlight aircraft. James' technical abilities, understanding of clients' requirements, great enthusiasm, and vast health and safety knowledge make him an invaluable asset to the team.
