Our Story
The Langlands story began with one man's passion for horticulture. Walter Ducker, the founder of Langlands, honed his interest in horticulture while working for a mill owner in Bingley. He was encouraged to set up a small nursery, which eventually grew into a successful business. Walter's sons, Robert and John, joined the family business, helping to expand and strengthen the Langlands brand. Today, we are proud to be a small chain of friendly garden centres across Yorkshire, committed to providing exceptional customer service and expert advice.
