We offer two levels of residential building surveys:
Level 2 Survey (HomeBuyer Standard)
Ideal for homes built after 1940 in good condition. This survey provides a thorough assessment of the property's structural integrity, identifying potential issues like damp, structural damage, roof problems, and boiler efficiency.
Level 3 Survey (Full Building Survey)
Suitable for older or more complex properties, or those in a poorer state of repair. This more detailed survey offers a comprehensive evaluation of the building's fabric, identifying potential problems with walls, roofs, foundations, electrical and plumbing systems.
