What We Offer

We offer a wide range of kickboxing classes, from beginners to advanced levels, as well as personal training sessions. Our classes are designed to suit all abilities and include:

  • Kickboxing: a dynamic and fun way to improve your fitness and coordination
  • Boxing: a high-intensity workout that will challenge your physical limits
  • Tabata: a high-intensity interval training program that combines cardio and strength training

Our Team

Our team is made up of experienced instructors who are passionate about kickboxing and dedicated to helping our students achieve their goals. Our instructors have years of experience in the sport and are dedicated to providing top-notch instruction and guidance.

Our Gym Facilities and Equipment

Our gym is fully equipped with the latest equipment and facilities, including:

  • Fully matted areas for kicking and striking
  • Punch bags and heavy bags
  • Assortment of weights and resistance training equipment
  • Cardio machines and equipment
  • Changing rooms and showers
  • Clean and well-maintained facilities

Opening Hours

Our gym is open Monday to Thursday from 5:15pm to 9:15pm, Friday from 6:30pm to 8:00pm, and Saturday from 10:30am to 2:00pm. We are closed on Sundays. We also offer personal training sessions outside of these hours.

Meet Our Instructors

At Springhealth Kickboxing, we're proud to have a team of experienced and passionate instructors who are dedicated to helping our students achieve their goals. Our instructors include:

  • Audi Kinga, Owner and Head Instructor: Audi is a world-renowned kickboxer with numerous titles and awards to his name. He's a natural athletic and passionate about the sport.
  • Ali Snodgrass, Senior Instructor: Ali has been teaching at Springhealth for over 20 years and is known for his technical instruction and patience.
  • Alan "Twizzel" Barnett, Senior Instructor: Alan has been with Springhealth for over 13 years and is a highly respected instructor known for his open and honest teaching style.
