Corks and Cases is an independent wine merchant and distillery, located in the charming market town of Masham, in the heart of North Yorkshire. Our picturesque surroundings in the Yorkshire Dales provide the perfect backdrop for our boutique wine shop on Silver Street and our recently opened distillery on Masham Business Park.
Our Wine Selection
At Corks and Cases, we take great pride in our exceptional range of wines from around the world. Our Silver Street shop features a wide array of wines and spirits, with large selections also available for purchase on our website. For those who cannot visit us in person, we offer a courier or postal delivery service for all locations within the United Kingdom. We also cater to a variety of trade customers, including restaurants, golf clubs, pubs, and wine bars across the region.
Wine and Spirits Gifts
In addition to our extensive wine collection, we offer a carefully curated assortment of wine and spirit gifts. These include wine hampers, wooden and pine boxed gifts, single and double bottle gifts, and other wine-related presents. We are more than happy to accommodate any special requests or specific combinations for corporate gifts and personal presents. We also provide next-day delivery for most of our range, excluding large corporate orders which require some notice.
The Spirit of Masham Distillery
Located on the outskirts of Masham, our distillery is now open to the public for pre-booked visits. Here, we handcraft and distil our unique "Spirit of Masham" Dry Yorkshire Gin in a copper alembic still, using the traditional London Dry Gin method. We invite visitors to join us for The Ultimate Spirit of Masham Gin Experience and meet the passionate team behind our gin.

Spirit of Masham Dry Yorkshire Gin
Our flagship Spirit of Masham Dry Yorkshire Gin is an artisan gin lovingly handcrafted in our copper still, "Stanley." This exquisite gin is developed and created by our master distiller, Gerard Macluskey, using the London Dry Gin method. The result is a delightful gin that captures the spirit of Masham and the surrounding Yorkshire Dales.

Service and Experience
The majority of customers were extremely satisfied with the service and experience provided at the establishment. Product Quality
The quality of the products, especially the gin, was also highly praised by the customers. Ade appreciated the excellent selection of wine, beer, and gin, and Roger Sarjeant mentioned the speciality dealers in wines and spirits. The customers appreciated the knowledge and expertise of the staff, which contributed to their overall positive experience.
Negative Feedback
However, there was one negative review from Penny Johnson, who had a disappointing experience due to the rude and abrupt service from the woman serving. She recommended visiting Leyburn's distillery for a more enjoyable and friendly experience.
