Our Story
As a holistic healer and teacher, Nic Paterson has been working with complementary therapies for many years, driven by a passion to help others overcome health problems and achieve balance in body, mind, and spirit. After experiencing the transformative power of these therapies firsthand, Nic was inspired to train in various modalities, including aromatherapy, massage, Reiki, naturopathy, flower essence therapy, crystal healing, reflexology, and energy healing.

Our services include Reiki, massage, reflexology, flower essences, shamanic/energy healing, crystal healing, distant healing, and naturopathy.
